Vortech Manufacturing (VMI) Luggage Racks

All racks are made from light weight aluminum and come with stainless steel hardware. They also help to strengthen the tunnel.

Our Arctic Cat racks are 2 inches tall. The crossbars can be placed in different locations to customize each rack. The back of the rack is cut to match the plastic taillight mount to give you more room for storage. You will have to drill six holes in your tunnel to mount this rack. The racks are 15 ½ inches wide and come in two sizes:
153 sled is 12 inches long
162 sled is 16 inches long

Our Polaris racks are 2 inches tall and come with three crossbars. The crossbars can be placed in different locations to customize each rack. Extra crossbars can be purchased for $5 each. The rack mounts in the T-slot grooves on the back of the tunnel, with no drilling required. The racks are 15 ½ inches wide and come in three sizes:
144 sled is 20 inches long
155 sled is 24 inches long
163 sled is 29 ½ inches long, Comes with four Crossbars

Our Skidoo racks are 3 inches tall and come with five crossbars. The crossbars can be placed at two levels. The lower level of crossbars support gas cans or bags above your heat exchanger. The top level support the corners of the rack and create pockets that keep your gas can or bags from moving front to back. More crossbars can be purchased at $5 each. Anything that you do not want touching the heat exchanger will need to be placed on crossbars. You will have to drill six holes in your tunnel to mount this rack. The racks are 16 ½ inches wide and come in four sizes:

154 sled is 24 inches long
