Return or Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with the new, un-used product you have purchased from us, within 7 days from the invoice date, email us to request an RGA number and we will provide you with the RGA number as well as the proper return address for your specific item. We do not handle returns at our facility, so do not directly return items to our location. Items returned to the incorrect location will result in less credit given to you, because shipping charges to the proper return processing address will be deducted.

Return the new, un-used product in its original package prepaid to us for a full refund. No Return Freight Charges will be allowed unless the item was shipped to you incorrectly. We recommend using a shipping method for your return that uses a tracking number. We are not responsible for mis-guided or lost shipments. There is no restocking charge if the product is defective or if an error has been made on our part.

Any items returned after 7 days and before 20 days from invoice date will carry a 20% restocking fee.

No Returns or RGA's will be issues after 20 days from invoice date.

Defective items will be accepted for credit within 1 year of final purchase date with a proof of purchase, as allowed by the specific manufacturers. We reserve the right to forward the warranty direct to the manufacturer in special cases. No returns are allowed on electrical items, special orders, or close-outs or clearance items. Due to high cost of processing of returns, no credit will be issued on items that have a cost of $5.00 or less. Returns without an RGA will be refused and returned to the dealer. All issued RGAs are good for up to 15 days. If the RGA is not processed within that amount of time, the item return will be removed from our system.

Go Big Parts and Accessories, LLC reserves the right to send all returned product back to our distributors. Our distributors reserves the option at its own discretion to repair any worn or used items including but not limited to clothing, luggage, footwear, helmets, etc. We ask the worn or used product be cleaned prior to returning. Do not replace any used product with any new items. Used clothing has little or no value and will not be accepted for exchange.

Slydog, Boss, SPG, and Rox are not included in policy above. These products follow the manufactures return policy. No Returns on Boss Products unless found to be defective. The Boss Inc warranty will apply. SPG will only determine is they can repair or replace an item, they do not offer refunds.

In the case you would like to make an exchange, you will still need to follow the return policy described above. No exchanges will be made until the original product is returned with the proper RGA number to the proper processing return address. If you are in a hurry for the exchange, we suggest you purchase the item you want and a refund on the original item will be supplied when your return is received.
